Seven Fall 2017 Releases To Be Excited About

While I know it isn't "officially" Fall for another couple of weeks, I can definitely feel the crisper temperatures and fall colours starting to set in! One of the things I'm always excited about when it comes to cooler temperatures is the chance to curl up with some tea, a blanket, and dive into a book. That being said, there are a few books being released this Fall that I am super excited about! I thought I'd share 7 of them below, and please feel free to share more in the comments; I'm always looking for new, great reads.

1. Tower of Dawn by Sarah J. Maas.

This one may seem obvious if you've seen any of my other book reviews, but Sarah J. Maas is AMAZING, so of course I'm really excited for Tower of Dawn. This novel is part of the Throne of Glass series, and if you haven't read this, you're missing out! This novel is all about Chaol, and while I am keeping this post spoiler free, I am a big Chaol fan so this book is made for fans like me!

2. Warcross by Marie Lu

I haven't read anything by Marie Lu yet, but I've heard such good things that I've recently added pretty much all her books to my TBR list! This is a new release of hers that sounds really interesting, so I'm looking forward to picking up a copy.

3. Jane, Unlimited by Kristin Cashore

I'm going to be really honest here. I have NO idea what this book is about, but I saw it was by Kristin Cashore and immediately wanted to read it. I am such a fan of her Graceling series that there was no way I wouldn't want to read a new release from her!

4. The Language of Thorns by Leigh Bardugo

While it wasn't my intention, this list is definitely starting to turn into a 'list of authors whose past books I loved' vibe! The Grisha trilogy is one of my ALL TIME favourites, and I recently picked by her Wonder Woman novel, so it should come as no surprise that I'm looking forward to reading The Language of Thorns once it's released. And I haven't even mentioned her Six of Crows duology! Seriously, read some (actually, all) of her books if you haven't yet!

5. One Dark Throne by Kendare Blake

This book is the sequel to Three Dark Crowns which is at the moment, still on my TBR list. My booklist is endless, so I have no shame in admitting that there are books I am excited about that I haven't gotten a chance to read! So many books, so little time.

6. An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Robertson

They say never judge a book by its cover. Full disclosure, I fell in love with the cover of this book. Oops. I have heard a lot of hype about this book however, and anyone I know that has an ARC (advanced reading copy) has really enjoyed it! I think this is the author's first book as well, and I'm always looking for new favourite authors.

7. Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalco

I recently read and reviewed Stalking Jack the Ripper, Kerri Maniscalco's debut novel and loved it! I can't wait for this book to be released so that I can dive back into the 19th century world and revisit the characters. I love the main protagonist, Audrey Rose, and am looking forward to more of her adventures.
